Klaus Wagner
is a certified real estate appraiser for the valuation of developed and undeveloped real estate by a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 accredited body (DIAZert), a real estate economist (ebs) and an international appraiser (DIA). He attended the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau and in Singapore.
In his appraisals, he draws on more than 25 years of international and national experience in real estate management at Ernst & Young (EY), Deutsche Bahn, Berlin Airport and Hochtief.
As a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a member of the Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung (GiF), he has an excellent network in the real estate industry.
Klaus Wagner is co-editor of the book “Bewertung von Spezialimmobilien” (Valuation of Special Real Estate), author of various valuation-related articles and lecturer at various educational institutions in the real estate industry.

DIN-CERTIFIED
The appraisals of a real estate appraiser certified by a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 accredited body (DIAZert) are fully recognized by courts, authorities, banks and tax offices.
The legislator has comprehensively clarified that the DIN-certified real estate appraiser is equal to the publicly appointed one. Internationally, the DIN certification is of importance anyway.
